Honoring Our Heroes
A Free Roof for a Veteran Who Earned It
Lone Ranger Roofing is veteran-owned. We've seen what service costs people. The Roof-A-Vet program is how we give something back — a free roof replacement for a deserving veteran in our community, funded by every inspection and every job we complete.
Our Mission
Veteran-Owned.
Community-Driven.
We started Roof-A-Vet because talking about supporting veterans is easy. Actually doing something is harder. As a veteran-owned company working out of Bell County — home to Fort Hood and thousands of military families — we wanted to build something real into how we operate.
Not a one-time donation. A program that funds itself with every job we take.
The Process
Here's How It Works
Every inspection funds the program.
Each roof inspection we complete puts $50 into the Roof-A-Vet fund. You schedule an inspection, a veteran benefits.
Every job adds more.
When a customer moves forward with a repair or replacement, we add another $200 to the fund.
The community nominates.
Once we hit our target amount, we open it up — neighbors, family members, and community organizations nominate veterans who could use a new roof.
We pick a recipient and get to work.
One veteran is selected and gets a full roof replacement on us. Same one-day process, same crew, same warranty. Done right.
That means every inspection and every job you book with us is supporting a member of this community.
Our Community
Bell County Takes Care of Its Own
Fort Hood is in our backyard. We've roofed houses for active duty families, retirees, and veterans all across Killeen, Harker Heights, Temple, and Belton. These are people who gave years — some gave everything. A roof isn't much. But it's ours to give, and we give it without hesitation.
If you know a veteran in Bell County or the surrounding area who needs a new roof and can't afford one, keep an eye on our nominations — or call us directly at (254) 300-1413.
Every job funds the next roof.
